Three members of the same family were killed when a house collapsed in Syaulibang Chautara of Pyuthan’s Naubahini VDC-1 last night, according to police. The deceased have been identified as Wom Bahadur Malla(40), his wife Gami Malla(33), and son Shishir Malla(3) ,according to the District Police Office.

According to locals, only one room was destroyed. The locals had informed the police after seeing him in the morning. Police said that they could not estimate the time of the incident. The other four daughters are safe as they are sleeping in another room. The house suddenly collapsed on Saturday night.

The body of the deceased is being prepared for postmortem. The house, which was set up to remove the thatched roof and install zinc sheet, suddenly collapsed on Saturday night.
